B.N. Co-Ed High School is a premier institute established way back in the 70s. It was the first private English medium school to come up in Tinsukia, with a vision of providing education to all sections of society irrespective of caste, creed or religion.<\/p>\n
Although English is the primary medium of instruction equal attention is given to learning of Assamese and Hindi, so as to ensure that children learning in an English medium school are not deprived of learning their mother tongue and the National Language.<\/p>\n
From the time of its inception it has provided yeoman service, in the field of school education. It has not only rendered education, where the attainment of knowledge has been emphasized, but it has guaranteed that moral values, which is intrinsic to the development of an individual has been inculcated from a very young age, so as to bring out individuals having a sound character who would be able to take up the challenges that this globalised world demands of them.<\/p>\n
The school has held positions in the Board of Secondary Education SEBA.<\/p>\n
